PORTFOLIO COUNCILLOR: XL MDEMKA MUNICIPAL HEALTH SERVICES: MUNICIPAL HEALTH SERVICES MISSION AND VISION MISSION To ensure a well-managed, accessible, quality, comprehensive and equitable municipal health service throughout the Cape Winelands District. VISION A safe and healthy environment for all communities within the Cape Winelands district. Xoliswa Mdemka developed her skills during a 15- year career in Higher Education. After completing her master’s degree, she was employed at Hector Peterson FET School in Wallacedene, Kraaifontein. She has been involved in politics since her younger days and became a Mayoral Committee Member since 2011. She is a dedicated and experienced councillor. Xoliswa Mdemka is passionate about her community and experience great joy connecting with them through different methods of service delivery. She takes pride in her position as MMC of Municipal Health Service and the benefits this Department brings to the District and its people.
