Hampers to help matriculants reach their goals.

The Executive Mayor, Ald (Dr) Elna von Schlicht and Deputy Mayor, Ald Margie Sampson of the Cape Winelands District Municipality, (CWDM), visited Skurweberg Secondary School to hand over hampers donated by Old Mutual in partnership with the CWDM for use by the matric learners as they prepare for the September Exams.

The school will be operational over weekends to help the grade 12s study and prepare for their exams. The hampers contain food and other treats that will help them achieve their academic goals. As an added bonus, CWDM provided extra stationary packs to ensure that these learners are fully equipped!
