CWDM assists with driver’s licenses
The Cape Winelands District Municipality (CWDM), in partnership with Breede Valley Municipality embarked on an integrated governmental relations programme for interns. The programme affords them the opportunity to obtain a driver’s licence in addition to the workplace experience gained at the municipality.
Skills development, including induction to the workplace, is a vital bridge for the youth towards a productive and satisfying adulthood, and through partnering with this project the CWDM aims to help building that bridge.
