Our Community Development and Planning Services (CDPS) department participated in the 2024 Youth Expo hosted by the Langeberg Municipality on Thursday, 25 July 2024, at the Callie De Wet Hall in Robertson.
The Youth Expo welcomed young adults aged 16-35 from the Langeberg municipality to explore a variety of services and opportunities, whether they are aspiring entrepreneurs or seeking to further their education and career prospects.
Our team, represented by Thembeka Naku (Youth Development Officer) and Prudence January (Local Economic Development Officer), engaged with attendees about the skills development training and funding opportunities offered by CWDM. Various other government departments, organisations, and institutions were also present to showcase their opportunities available for the youth.
