Orange Cider - 2023, 7.1% Deya made from a single varietynatural. still. dry cider The 2023 vintage of Orange Cider is our little homage to skin contact white wines, or orange wines as they are known, made from a single variety of apple, Dabinett, grown in our own Burrell's Meadow Orchard. Perfect fruit was harvested in early November, spontaneously fermented and then transferred to neutral oak barrels for a year. After a further year under cork, the cider is showing a wonderful array of perfume, flowers
