In commemoration of World Hand Hygiene Day, our Environmental Health Practitioners visited Annie Brown Clinic in Ceres to raise awareness on the importance of handwashing. The EHPs, distributed awareness material and conducted 33 handwashing demonstrations to staff and patients.
Water restrictions and water-shedding are currently implemented in Witzenberg and our EHPs used the opportunity to distribute 2-minute shower timers and toilet buddies to assist communities in saving water.
