This is NOT noticeable as this piece has huge amounts of metallic lace all over it with more around the neckline and down the front

The lace has a small hole on the front which is repairable if you want to do that

It was most likely a costume however its old probably 30's it's all organdy, a two piece with appliqued possibly lightly glued? I'm not sure, silver paper stars everywhere.. The top is in a bolero style, with long split sleeves, no fasteners. The sleeves are amazing the top is cropped fit.
